Instant Prepayment Discount:<\/strong> Offers a 10-15% discount on the package or room price, depending on the offer and the season. If chosen, 100% of the package price must be paid at the time of booking. In this case, the reservation cannot be modified or canceled. The amount paid in advance will not be refunded in case of cancellation or shortening of the stay, and a compensation invoice will be issued for the paid amount. This amount cannot be used for future bookings and is non-redeemable. Not available during peak periods.<\/p>\n

Long Stay Discount:<\/strong> A 10% discount is offered on the room price for stays of at least 4 nights, and a 15% discount for 5 or more nights. Discounts are only valid for bookings made via email or through our website and cannot be combined with coupons or other special promotions.<\/p>\n

Group Discounts:<\/strong> For larger groups or events, please request a personalized quote!<\/p>\n

\u201cLate Check-out Sunday\u201d Offer:<\/strong> Every guest booking directly via email or through our website may postpone check-out until 4:00 PM free of charge on Sundays! This is subject to availability and prior notification.<\/p>\n

Pets:<\/strong> Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our hotel.<\/p>\n

Breakfast:<\/strong> Room rates always include breakfast. For non-hotel guests, the price of breakfast is HUF 4,500 per person per occasion.<\/p>\n

Late Check-out Fee:<\/strong> Until 12:00 PM \u2013 HUF 10,000; after 12:00 PM, the full room rate applies. (See the “Late Check-out Sunday” offer above.)<\/p>\n

Extra Cleaning Fee (in case of improper use):<\/strong> Cleaning and replacement costs, minimum HUF 10,000.<\/p>\n

BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Arrival, Registration:<\/strong> Rooms can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT!<\/strong> According to current legislation, we are NOT allowed to host guests without the on-site presentation and scanning of a valid ID card or passport. Please make sure all guests, including children, bring their identification documents.<\/p>\n

Noise Policy:<\/strong> The hotel\u2019s communal areas \u2013 including the terrace \u2013 may not be used after 11:00 PM. Loud behavior or playing amplified music on the terrace or in other public areas is not allowed. If you would like to organize a private event or listen to music with friends, please inquire about renting a private room. Thank you for your understanding!<\/p>\n

Food Allergies:<\/strong> Please inform us in advance about any food intolerances or special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, dietary, etc.). If you notify us only on-site, we cannot guarantee to accommodate your needs, and additional charges may apply. Thank you for your understanding!<\/p>\n

TERMS of payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To confirm the booking, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit is 20% of the total reservation value for general periods, and 50% during peak and holiday periods or thematic weekends. This amount must be transferred to our bank account within 8 days of receiving the deposit request, or within 2 working days for bookings made less than 10 days before arrival. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received in our bank account. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used within 1 year in case of cancellation. A gift voucher will be issued for the deposit, which is transferable.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

General Cancellation Terms:<\/strong>
If canceled, the booking can be rescheduled without penalty up to 2 days before arrival. The 20% deposit can be used within 1 year in the form of a transferable gift voucher. The deposit is non-refundable. If the voucher is not used within 1 year, it is considered used, and a compensation invoice will be issued.<\/p>\n

Peak, Holiday, and Thematic Weekend Cancellation Terms:<\/strong>
For bookings during holiday periods or thematic weekends, cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 21 days before arrival without penalty. The 50% deposit can be reused within 1 year in the form of a transferable gift voucher. The deposit is non-refundable. If canceled or modified 21\u20132 days before arrival, a compensation invoice for 50% of the total booking value will be issued, which cannot be used for future bookings or transferred to another date.<\/p>\n

In all cases, cancellations made within 2 days before arrival (including the arrival day and the day before) or in case of missing ID\/passport will incur a compensation invoice for 100% of the booking value. This cannot be used for future bookings, and any amount beyond the deposit must also be paid by the guest.<\/p>\n

For Multiple Room Bookings:<\/strong>
If only part of the booking is canceled, the above terms apply proportionally to the canceled rooms. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies to the person who made the booking, and the compensation invoice will be issued in their name.<\/p>\n

The customer agrees to pay any remaining penalty if the deposit does not cover the compensation invoice in the case of full or partial cancellation. If no deposit was paid, the full amount of the compensation invoice must be paid to Hotel Cabernet Kft.<\/p>\n

These terms apply even in cases of illness or family emergencies. If the government declares a state of emergency or imposes a curfew, the reservation can be freely rescheduled.<\/p>\n

The above terms apply to individual bookings. For group bookings (more than 5 rooms at once), corporate events, or bookings made through travel agencies or intermediaries, different cancellation terms may apply \u2013 please request a customized offer!<\/p>\n

By confirming the booking, the customer accepts the conditions stated in the confirmation.<\/p>\n
