Room prices

high seasons

To be booked only in a package:     Busho Festival in Mohács (17-18. February 2023.); Easter (07-09. April 2023.); Pentecost (26-28. May 2023.); New Year’s Eve (29. December 2023. – 01. January 2024.)

Other special periods:  1th of May Long Weekend (28. April-01. May 2023.), Ördögkatlan Festival (01-05. August 2023.); Swabian Music Weekend (08-10. September 2023.); Red Wine Festival in October (06-08. October 2023.); 23rd October Long Weekend (20-23. October 2023.); Martin’s Day (10-12. November 2023.).

We also sell our rooms at weekend prices during the entire Ördögkatlan Fesztivál (August 01-05, 2023.).

discounts

Discounts:  in the case of at least 4 nights 10 %, 5 or more nights 15 % discount is granted from the room price.  Discounts can only be validated via email or by booking online on our website, and cannot be used simultaneously with coupons or other special discounts !

Group discounts: in the case of bigger groups or events ask for our customized price offer.

″Delayed Check-Out″ Discount on Sundays: All our guests booking directly via email or on our website can postpone check-out from the room till 4 pm for free, regarding the number of vacant rooms and if requested in advance.

 

additional charges

Charges for animals: dogs and other animals are not allowed to be taken to our Hotel.

Breakfast: is always included into the roomprice, for non-hotel guests: HUF 3.000/person/occasion.

Check-in: from 2 pm, check-out till 10 am. Charge of delayed check-out till 12 o’clock is + 5.000 HUF, after 12 the total room price has to be paid. (You can see the delayed check-out discount on Sundays among the discounts above.)

Attention! According to current legislation, we are NOT allowed to receive guests at our Hotel without a valid ID card or passport being presented and scanned on site! Please bring documents for all guests (including children)!

Extra cleaning charge (in the case of improper use): cost of cleaning and replacement, but at least 5.000 HUF.

tERMS of payment

To guarantee the reservation, deposit payment is required, the amount of which is 50% of the total value of the reservation. The deposit has to arrive to our bank account at the latest 8 days after booking confirmation! If you make a reservation within 10 days before your arrival, please transfer the deposit within 2 days! The reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the transferred amount in our bank account. We cannot refund the deposit!

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation, changing the date of the reservation is free of penalty up to 21 days before arrival. When booking a new date, we charge a date change fee of HUF 7,000/person, which must be paid when the final invoice is settled.

In case of cancellation or change of date within 21 days prior to arrival, we will issue a compensation invoice for 25% of the total value of the reservation (but at least HUF 7,000/person), and the remaining part of the reservation can be used for a later reservation, within 1 year of the cancellation.

In any case, in case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival (day of arrival and the day before), or in the absence of presentation of an identity card/passport, we will issue a compensation invoice for 100% of the total value of the reservation, which cannot be used for further reservations, and the amount exceeding the reservation must be paid by the guest.

According to the above, the deposit is NOT refundable! Subject to the above conditions, it is possible to change the date of the reservation. If the reservation is permanently cancelled, we will issue a compensation invoice for the paid reservation.

In the case of booking several rooms, if the reservation is only partially cancelled, the above will be applied proportionally to the canceled rooms. In this case, the cancellation conditions apply to the customer, so the compensation invoice will also be issued in the name of the customer.

For the portion of the deposit detailed above, which can be used later, we issue a voucher, which states the validity of the voucher (1 year). The voucher cannot be extended and after the expiry date is reached, the voucher is considered used and a compensation invoice is issued. The voucher cannot be used after that. The voucher can be transferred at will.

The above conditions also apply in the event of illness or other workplace/family reasons! If the government orders a state of emergency / curfew due to the coronavirus, the date can be changed freely!

By making the reservation, the customer accepts the conditions in the booking confirmation.

ways of payment

You can pay for your room at our hotel in the following ways:

  • Cash,
  • Banking card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro),
  • Széchenyi Pihenő (SZÉP) Card – Our partners: OTP, MKB, K&H,
  • Money transfer in advance.

We cannot accept AMEX card.

For travel agencies and companies there are individual payment conditions.
